What I'm About:

My website, my products, my videos and blog posts are for me and for you.  
This space is meant to happy, healthy and healing, inclusive and inviting. 
I welcome your thoughts and feedback with those ideals in mind.
Please remember that I am a one womxn show, running this biz from my home studio in Ontario, Canada. While I would love to reply to you or ship your items at all hours of the day or night, I do have a family and sometimes need to sleep. I will do my best to get back to emails within 48 hours. 
 
Please check these policies regularly as they will change as life does.


Shipping:

Local pickup is available for anyone who can come to Lynden, Ontario, Canada. Select "Local Pickup" as your shipping method and I'll email you to set it up.

Select items are also available to pick-up at the Ancaster Modern Quilt Guild’s meetings, on the first Wednesday of each month. If an item you’re shopping for isn’t allowing you to pick up at the AMQG, send me and email (makefibremagic@gmail.com) and we can sort it out! 

Orders will be shipped out within a week of purchase. All shipping is done through Canada Post. Tracking numbers will be provided when available. If there are any discrepencies between the shipping that was charged and the actual cost, you will be refunded all amounts over $1.

PREORDERS

At this time I’m not keeping stock of all Wonderfil items or am stocking them in limited quantities. Items that are marked for preorder will be ordered mid-month and end of the month (unless otherwise indicated).

If there is a Wonderfil product that isn’t currently listed I can absolutely set up a custom listing for you and add it to one of my orders. Send me an email to set this up makefibremagic@gmail.com.

Shop Update Schedule

Unfortunately I am not able to set a regular schedule at this time. But keep your eye on my Instagram @thamo_intuitivefibreartist for all the info about the updates as they are prepared.  

Returns

I want you to be happy with your order. Please keep in mind that there can be colour discrepencies between what we see in real life and what shows up on our screens. While I do the best to make sure colours are as true to life as possible, there is a chance that your items will arrive a little differently then they appeared digitally.

Returns or exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please email me makefibremagic@gmail.com ASAP if you need some help with your order.
