Black Gold Needles Appliqué/Sharps No 9

These are one of my absolute favourite needles for hand sewing.  I love that shorter length because it helps me feel as though I’m in total control of where the needle is going.  I also find that the shorter needle doesn’t bend like the long ones do for me.
The black needles also have a bit of texture so while they slide smoothly though the fabric I find again I’m able to keep better control of just taking the smallest “bites” out of the edge.
